Friends

Hand-sewn cuddly dolls, called Friends.

They were originally made as Valentine’s Day window decorations alternative to “the heart images” that seemed annoying and boring.

Re-used materials:
children’s clothes (children grow out of clothes at the speed of sound) and pillow filling.

Later, Friends became characters in my patterns, wallpapers, posters, and even in a book.
